that *is* how its pronounced, the lads in the band say it that way.

I've heard radio interviews with Jonathan Moore and Matt Black and another with Jamie Lidell in which it was pronounced the same way. -

According to an interview, Autechre themselves say awe-tek-er.
I personally pronounce it 'awe-taker' , im from england so i should know !!
